Strategically positioned 7 km from the port of Illichivsk, the plant combines state-of-the-art technology, operational excellence, and a commitment to quality to meet the needs of both domestic and international markets
Establishment of Agro-Dolina in Velykodolynske. Initially focused on the storage and transshipment of grains, legumes, and oilseeds.
Decision to expand operations with the construction of a pellet production facility. The new granulation workshop was built with an initial production capacity of 250 tons of pellets per day.
Production capacity was doubled to 500 tons of pellets per day.
Installation of advanced equipment allowing the production of 10 mm diameter pellets from six components in varying proportions. The recipe can include crushed wheat, barley, oats, peas, sunflower meal, sunflower cake, wheat bran, and niche crop by-products, tailored to customer requirements.
Expansion of storage facilities, including 12,000 tons of floor storage and 2,000 tons of silo capacity for raw materials and finished products.
Optimization of raw material intake capabilities, enabling the plant to receive up to 50 trucks or 16 railway wagons per day.
Enhanced logistics for product shipment, allowing daily dispatch of up to 3,000 tons of finished goods by road transport.
Despite challenging market conditions, the plant continues to grow, diversify its product range, and build strong partnerships with other enterprises in the agricultural sector.
