Since its foundation in 2005 Sintez Group & Co LLC has proven to be a straight-forward partner, established stable and long-term business relationships with global agricultural market players.

Sintez Group & Co LLC is one of the largest Ukrainian pulse exporters and major supplier of agricultural products from the Black Sea region to world markets with more than 19 years of good reputation and experience.

Sintez Group & Co LLC is a member of the European Business Association (EBA), a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC), as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Community of Pulse Producers and Consumers of Ukraine (SVBU) and the Global Pulse Association (GPC).

The company’s activities provide a full cycle of grain and legumes turnover, starting with its delivery from the field or warehouses of agricultural producers and ending with the delivery of products to the port directly in containers. All this is achieved due to the high level of the company’s specialists, its own fleet, forwarding department and the capacities of two large grain elevators in the Odessa region.

The group of companies includes processing plants for cereals and legumes, as well as cleaning and packaging lines for niche crops. Production facilities are certified according to international standards, such as HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, which are provided by four factories and two elevators located in the Odessa region:

1. Polished plant for the production of polished peas and pea bran.
2. Plant for granulating bran (in 2021, wheat granulated bran, corn granulated bran, pea granulated bran, barley granulated bran were produced).
3. Plant for sorting and grading cereals and legumes.
4. Production of packaging and labeling of products – the company provides services for packaging (bagging), processing and labeling of any size / type of bag on 4 lines.
5. Dobroslavsky elevator (storage / processing of products – more than 80,000 tons per year).
6. Velikodolinsky elevator (storage / processing of products – more than 110,000 tons per year).

Our company is the biggest processor and exporter of Yellow Split Peas (YSP) in Ukraine.
